- Storage period for first-time subscribers is for 1 year from the date of subscription payment made.
- Subscribers must make request for ski/snowboard delivery at least 7 days before their desired pickup date, in order to ensure the ski/ snowboard will arrive at your requested address on time.
- Subscribers should provide their reservation information including hotel name, reservation name and dates booked at the hotel for bag delivery.
- Subscribers can choose One-way delivery or Round-trip delivery. (JPY¥500 discount for Round-trip delivery)
- Delivery fee is not included in the 1-year storage subscription fee. The delivery fee will be charged according the Delivery Fee list provided in storage.westdoorblowj.com.
- When the 1-year subscription period is over, subscribers will need to renew their subscription through storage.westdoorblowj.com. If renewal is made before the subscription period ends, the new subscription period will start from the next day which the current subscription ends.
- We reserve the right to remove any stored skis/snowboards, related gear and bags if renewal of subscription is not made within 1 month after the end of the original 1-year storage subscription period.
- We also reserve the right to remove any stored skis/snowboards, related gear and bags if we find any item which is deemed inappropriate or illegal. We will check the bag delivered to our storehouse, so please do not lock your bag.
