How to Use the Skis & Snowboards Storage Service：

First-time bag storage:

Join the J~ Membership (FREE membership)

2.
Sign up for our 1-year storage service plan (Ski/ Snowboard Bag or Ski Backpack).

Ski/ Snowboard Bag: Max 2 Skis or Snowboards, <30kg

Ski Backpack: Winter sport gears <30kg

3.
Once the payment is confirmed, you can then send your Ski/ Snowboard bag or Ski Backpack to our storage place:

Remember to forward us the soft copy of the delivery waybill/ invoice, if not we will not be able to collect your bag.

7.
We will notify you when the bag is collected and stored in our storehouse. “First-time bag storage” process is then completed.

Request Delivery (Get your bag):

1.
Make a request to get your bag. Request must be made 7 days before your desired pick up date.

2.
Provide your pick up location. It can be any Japan address, such as Ski Resorts, Hotels or Airbnb. Please also provide us your accommodation booking details as Ski Resorts or Hotels need such information when receiving the bag.

3.
Choose a delivery method: Round-trip or One-way.

Round-trip:
**Only available if the pick up location is a Ski Resort or Hotel with reception (Airbnb NOT ok)**
JPY¥500 discount.
No need to fill in the delivery waybill when returning the bags to our storehouse.
The return date must be within 1 month of the pick up date.
If not planning to return from the same prefecture as the pick up location, please contact us in advance, as it may not be accepted by YAMATO Transport.

One-way:
Need to fill in by yourself the delivery waybill(Sample)
(when returning the bags to our storehouse).

4.
Pay for the delivery handling fee + delivery fee, as listed in our website.

5.
We will then arrange delivery through YAMATO Transport.

6.
Collect your bag when you arrive at your Ski Resort, Hotel or Airbnb. Remember to keep the as it will be used again when returning the bag.

Notify us the date you are going to send us your bag.

2.
Clean and dry your equipment and put it in your ski/ snowboard bag or ski backpack.

3.
Use the

Bring your bag to a nearby

service counter or sales office.

5.
If “Round-trip” was selected when you requested to get your bag:
The return-trip delivery waybill is already filled in by us, so just hand in the waybill and bag to the staffs and they will proceed with the bag delivery procedures. Also, no payment is needed for delivery as we have already paid for it in advance.

If “One-way” was selected when you requested to get your bags:
Please fill in by yourself the delivery waybill(Sample) . Also, please pay for the delivery fee at the service counter.
