Refund and Returns Policy

No refund or returns is accepted once a delivery request is made.
However, a new requested pickup date can be made at least 7 days before original desired pickup date.
Please let us know if the new requested pickup date is yet to be determined.

No refund or returns is accepted even if members would like to end their storage service subscription early.
